Aaj kal ke fast life mein sabko kuch na kuch kaam karna hota hai, par kabhi kabhi mann hi nahi karta. Sofa pe letna, phone scroll karna, aur bas kal se shuru karenge ka promise, yeh sab aalas ki nishani hai. Lekin agar hum apne goals achieve karna chahte hain, toh humein aalas par jeet paani hogi.
 Toh chaliye, aaj jaanenge kuch practical aur simple tips, jo aapke aalas ko harane mein madad karenge.

 1. Apna "Kyoon" (Why) Strong Karo

Jab tak aapko pata nahi ki aap koi kaam kyun kar rahe ho, tab tak motivation nahi aayega.

 Example: Agar aap exercise nahi kar rahe ho, toh sochiye ki healthy body ke bina future kaise dikhega?

Tip: Har kaam ke peeche ek clear reason likho aur usse roz padho.

2. Chhoti Chhoti Shuruaat Karo

Zyada kaam dekh ke hi hum thak jaate hain. Isliye kaam ko tod do.

Phone, social media aur Netflix – yeh sab aalas ke sabse bade dost hain. Inhe control karo warna yeh aapko control karenge.

Tip: Kaam ke waqt phone silent par rakho ya 25 min focus timer use karo.

6. Routine Set Karo

Har din ek fixed time pe uthna, khana, kaam karna — yeh routine aapke mind ko discipline deta hai aur aalas kam hota hai.

7. Khud Se Positive Baat Karo

"Main lazy hoon" bolne ke bajaye "Main active banna chahta hoon" bolo.

 Words matter. Apne dimag ko positive signal do.
