 Apne Mann Ko Kaise Shaant Rakhein – Andar Ki Shanti Ka Safar

Zindagi ki bhaag-daud mein sab kuch mil jata hai, lekin mann ki shanti sabse mushkil hoti ja rahi hai.
Kabhi chhoti baaton par gussa, kabhi bekaar ki chinta, aur kabhi kuch adhura reh jaane ka afsos - ye sab mann ko aashant kar dete hain.
Lekin kya aisa ho sakta hai ki hum apne mann ko shant rakh kar har din ek nayi urja ke saath jiyen?
Haan, zaroor ho sakta hai - bas thoda sa dhyan, thoda sa vivek aur kuch simple aadatein apnaani hongi.

1. Swikar Karna Seekhein

Jo ho gaya ya ho raha hai, use swikar karna shanti ki pehli seedhi hai.
Har chhoti baat ko control karna sambhav nahi hai. Jab hum “aisa hi hona tha” kehkar chhodna seekh lete hain, mann apne aap shaant ho jata hai.

 2. Rozana Dhyan (Meditation) Karein

Har din 10-15 minute bhi agar aankhen band karke sirf saans par dhyan diya जाए, to mann ke vichar dheere-dheere shaant hone lagte hain.
Ye abhyas aapke gusse, chinta aur vyatha ko kam karta hai.

3. Apne Vicharon Ko Likhe

Kabhi-kabhi humare andar itne vichar ghoomte hain ki mann bojhil ho jaata hai.
Unhe likh lena ek bahut accha tarika hai mann ke bojh ko halka karne ka.
Roj raat ko 5 minute diary likhna shanti laata hai.

4. Maaf Karna Seekhein

Dusron ki galtiyon ko baar-baar yaad rakhna apne mann ko jalan se bharna hai.
Maafi dena apne liye ek uphaar hai. Jab hum chhod na seekh jaate hain, to hum aage badhna bhi seekh jaate hain.

5. Apna Dhyan Sahaj Karyaon Mein Lagayein

Painting, gardening, music, ya koi bhi calm activity jisme aapka mann kho jaye, woh aapko inner peace deta hai.

6. Digital Break Ley

Har waqt phone, news, social media - yeh sab mann ko chanchal banate hain.
Har din kuch waqt “tech-free time” rakhein jisme sirf aap aur aapke vichar ho.

7. Positive Vichar Padhein ya Sunen

Har din thoda samay achhe vicharon ke saath bitaye- jaise Adi Shankaracharya ke updesh, Bhagavad Gita ke shlok ya kisi sant ka gyaan.
Yeh manasik santulan aur shanti dene mein madadgar hote hain.

Mann ki shanti kisi ek din me nahi milti, yeh ek abhyas hai.
Jab aap andar se shaant hote hain, tab bahar ki duniya aapko pareshaan nahi kar pati.
Khud ko jeetna hai, to pehle apne mann ko shaant karna hoga.
Shant mann hi sahi nirnay leta hai, acchi baatein samajhta hai aur sach mein sukh deta hai.
