Ek diary lein aur likhein –
Aaj ka din kaisa tha?
Kya acha hua?
Kis baat ke liye aap aaj thankful hain?
Ye likhne se mann ka bojh halka hota hai aur gratitude ka bhav banta hai.
2. 2 Minute Saans Par Dhyan (Breathing Meditation)
Shant baithkar sirf apni saans par dhyan de.
Kuch der ke liye sirf ab aur yahin par jeeyein.
Yeh chhoti practice neend ke pehle stress ko bahut kam karti hai.
3. Apne Aap Se Pyaar Bhari Baat
Aankhen bandh karke bas itna kahe:
"Main theek hoon, main safal hoon, aur main apna dhyan rakh raha hoon."
Yeh self-talk aapke subconscious mind ko healing deta hai.
4. Phone Ko Side Rakhiye
Neend se pehle phone ka blue light aapke brain ko jagata hai.
Sone ke 40 minute pehle phone band kar de - aur apne mann se judiye, screen se nahi.
